{"id":677,"date":"2014-06-20T21:25:05","date_gmt":"2014-06-20T21:25:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ezekiels.co.uk\/eylan\/?p=677"},"modified":"2014-06-20T21:25:05","modified_gmt":"2014-06-20T21:25:05","slug":"the-5min-plan-for-planning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ezekiels.co.uk\/eylan\/the-5min-plan-for-planning\/","title":{"rendered":"The 5Min Plan for Planning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>My<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/eylanezekiel\/status\/479609430791974912\" target=\"_blank\"> recent tweet<\/a>\u00a0sharing my <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1VX0pwlsrtZT190IjO6UPhON1iLV8KulZSmCeAsffS8U\/pub?start=false&amp;loop=false&amp;delayms=3000\" target=\"_blank\">1st draft<\/a> of a #<a href=\"http:\/\/teachertoolkit.me\/the-5-minute-lesson-plan\/\" target=\"_blank\">5min <\/a>plan for curriculum planning, got more retweets and favourites than anything single thing \u00a0I have done on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/eylanezekiel\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter <\/a>in ages!\u00a0<\/strong><strong>I think I know why.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My guess is that so many people are reviewing their planning in advance of the new curriculum in September, but few have found a common way to maintain the change they want to see. <a href=\"http:\/\/curriculumjourney.stfrancisoxford.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">I have been working with a local school to develop their curriculum and pedagogy<\/a>, and this plan was created to support colleagues in retaining our criteria for our new approach. It is not complete and hints towards internal discussions &#8211; but I am glad to see it works for so many others<\/p>\n<p>Please let me know what you think, and #<strong>Critique<\/strong> is very welcome. It would be great to know how you are using it too, as it might help our curriculum journey!
