Innovation is an iterative process of substantial positive improvement, for the many, by a few. I am one of those ‘few’.

I enable educational change in organisations that work to support learning, both formal and informal, throughout the education sector.

My expertise is in using digital technologies to enhance learning for kids and learning professionals. My passions are for games based learning (or whatever name you want to give that engagement in learning that video games can release!) and new models for teacher CPD.

Since leaving the classroom as a Primary teacher, I have worked with a range of organisations who offer services in schools, policy, charities, and publishers.

You can get in touch regarding freelance, fixed contract, or other opportunities. I am very fussy careful about the work I take on, and believe that a good conversation must come first. I am lucky to have lots of friends and contacts with skills, experience and knowledges that I do not have – and can either point you to them, or bring them on-board with your project.

I live and work in Oxford, UK. I have two glorious daughters at primary school, and am married to a senior lecturer in Occupational Therapy at Oxford Brookes University.
